Aleksander Tarczynski - Men's Swimming and Diving

Senior Aleksander Tarczynski earned two All-America honors and four All-America Honorable Mention awards to help lead the Tartans to an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Championships. His sixth-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly came on the third day of the championships and was his 10th time in the pool. Earlier that day Tarczynski helped the 800-yard freestyle relay earn a 15th-place finish while he was 15th in the 200-yard IM on the first day. Tarczynski also swam to a 9th-place finish in the 400-yard medley relay, an 11th-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay, and closed the meet with his second top-eight performance with a sixth-place showing in the 400-yard freestyle relay. All four relays performed above expectations with two school records while the 400-yard freestyle relay earned the program's best relay finish since 2005.
