(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – The Carnegie Mellon University football team will host the Bison of Bethany College on Saturday, October 10, in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest. The Tartans will look for their second win of the season as they enter Saturday's Homecoming game with a record of 1-3 and 1-2 in PAC play. Bethany travels to Pittsburgh with a record of 2-3, 1-2.
Last season, which was the first meeting between the schools since 2007, saw the Bison come away with a 19-7 victory in Bethany, West Virginia, snapping the Tartans' six-game win streak over the Bison. Carnegie Mellon leads the all-time series 33-7.
The two squads enter the game after dropping contests last weekend. The Tartans lost 26-16 at Westminster, where they forced four turnovers, but were only able to manage 10 points in return. Bethany fell 59-20 to visiting Case Western Reserve University.
Kick is slated for 6:00 p.m. on the turf at Gesling Stadium.
