Junior Alex Singh ( Golden, Colo. / Lakewood) made seven saves for the Tartans beginning with two in the first half during the 18th and 22nd minutes. Another save came in the 24th minute before the Tartans best opportunity came in the 36th minute off the head of junior Patrick Kollman (Little Silver, N.J. / Christian Brothers Academy). Two minutes later the Blue Streaks took advantage of a corner kick and equalized when Mario Aboumitri headed in a service from William Turrittin at the near post.

Singh made two saves in the final overtime period and senior Jacob Moskowitz (Wilmette, Ill. / New Trier Township) cleared a shot off the line in the closing seconds to preserve the tie.

The Tartans next travel to Lycoming College for a 3:30 p.m. match on Saturday, September 28.
