Chu Named UAA Men’s Swimming Athlete of the Week

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – Carnegie Mellon University junior Winston Chu (Warren, N.J./Saint Peter's Prep) was named the University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Kenyon College Fast Chance Meet on Saturday, February 24.

Chu bettered his season time in the 100-yard breaststroke when he touched in 55.64. His time is now 17th best in the nation and he'll await news of entrance to the NCAA Championships when bids are announced later this week.
