Britton Earns Second UAA Athlete of the Week Award

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – Carnegie Mellon University junior Justin Britton (Falls Church, Va. / George Mason) earned University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Swimmer of the Week after setting two new school records at the Kenyon College Fast Chance Invitational on Saturday, February 22.

In just his second swim this season in the 100-yard butterfly, Britton set the school mark with a time of 48.25. The time is currently eighth in the nation. He also swam the first leg of the 400-yard medley relay which set a new record at 3:17.90 and is now 12th nationally. The times mark the third individual and fourth relay school record set by Britton this season.

The NCAA will announce individuals and relays invited to the 2020 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday, February 27.
