Heaney-Secord Competes at NCAA Men’s Tennis Championships

(KALAMAZOO, Mich.) – Carnegie Mellon University men's tennis sophomore Christian Heaney-Secord (Westwood, Mass./Westwood) competed at the 2013 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Singles Championships Thursday, May 23.  The championships are being held at Stowe Stadium in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  

Heaney-Secord faced Ryan Kreis of Wheaton College in Illinois and surrendered a 6-2, 7-6 (5) loss.  The sophomore ends the 2012-13 season with an overall singles mark of 12-11.
