Adams helped lead the program to its first NCAA semifinal appearance and scored in the NCAA semifinal against Messiah.

In the classroom, Adams carries a 3.94 grade point average as a mechanical engineering major. She is a research undergraduate assistant, a teaching assistant, and serves as a mechanical engineering student advisory council representative.
