2012-13

Soleil provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard butterfly, 200-yard IM, 400-yard IM, and the 200-yard medley relay, 400-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay. She reset her own school record in the 100-yard butterfly, touching in a career-best 56.79 at the UAA Championships. She was also part of the 400-yard medley relay team that set a school record (3:52.62) and the 200-yard medley relay team that placed first at the UAA Championships. Additionally, she was All-UAA second team in the 200-yard IM and 400-yard medley relay and third team in the 800-yard freestyle relay.

In addition to her career-best time in the 100-yard butterfly, Phan set another career-best time during the year. At the Total Performance Invitational at Kenyon, Phan finished the 500-yard freestyle in 5:04.54 and the 200-yard freestyle in a season-best time of 1:53.09. Other season-best times include 2:06.06 in the 200-yard butterfly, 2:06.31 in the 200-yard IM and 4:30.53 in the 400-yard IM.

2011-12

Soleil finished first on the team in four events and second on the team in another. She set a season-best time of 52.71 in the 100-yard freestyle and a time of 2:09.62 in the 200-yar IM at the UAA Championships. At the Total Performance Invitational at Kenyon, Phan recorded season-best times of 1:53.94 in the 200-yard freestyle, 57.56 in the 100-yard butterfly and 24.78 in the 50-yard freestyle.

2010-11

In Soleil’s first year as a Tartan she earned All-America Honorable Mention in the 800-yard freestyle relay, as the team touched in a school-record time of 7:38.28. She was also the UAA Champion in the 100-yard butterfly, which she also swam at the NCAA Championships where she recorded a school-record time of 57.07. Additional honors for Phan were All-UAA second team in the 200-yard medley relay, 400-yard medley relay, 400-yard freestyle relay and 800-yard freestyle relay.

Phan competed in the 200-yard IM, 100-yard butterfly, 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays and the 400-yard and 800-yard freestyle relays at the NCAA Championships. She finished first on the team in the 100-yard freestyle (52.51), 200-yard freestyle (1:52.52) and 100-yard butterfly (57.07) and second on the team in the 200-yard IM (2:06.24), 100-yard backstroke (59.84) and 200-yard backstroke (2:10.81).
