Wang won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:08.85 as freshman Natali Kronfli (Potomac, Md./Stone Ridge) finished second in 1:09.07. Crews later won the 100-yard butterfly in 58.06.

Although diving wasn't included in the team scores for the meet, freshman Machika Kaku (Irvine, Calif./University) won both the 1-meter event with 423.75 points and the 3-meter event with 462 points after 11 dives. This is the second time this season Kaku has reached a qualifying score on the 1-meter board which entitles her to participate in the regional qualifying meet later in the season. In addition, Kaku's scores on both boards set pool records as she now owns the team record on the 1-meter board. Junior Winona Li (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton), also made a qualifying score on the 1-meter board tallying 402.15 points. She will need to reach the qualifying standard one more time to be eligible for the regional meet.

The Tartans will next be in the pool on Thursday, December 5 when they travel to Kenyon College for the three-day Total Performance Invitational.
