No. 7 Tartans Fall to No. 5 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps

(CLAREMONT, Calif.) - The seventh-ranked Carnegie Mellon University women's tennis team faced off with fifth-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) on Tuesday, March 10 at CMS and fell 7-2. The Tartans are now 8-3 on the season as the Athenas improve to 8-0.

Winning matches for the Tartans was junior Brooke Tsu (Hillsborough, Calif./Burlingame) at No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-1, and senior Bryn Raschke (Del Mar, Calif./Torrey Pines) at No. 6 singles, 6-4, 2-6, 1-0(10-5).

The Tartans will next face eighth-ranked Pomona-Pitzer Colleges on Thursday, March 12 at 4:00 p.m. PT.
