Five Tartans Earn All-Academic Honor from USTFCCCA

Five members of the Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team were named to the All-Academic team by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). In addition, the Tartans earned all-academic team accolades sporting a 3.46 cumulative average.
Tartans Place 30th at NCAA Championships

On a snowy day in Michigan, the Carnegie Mellon University women’s cross country team raced in the 2022 NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country Championships held at Forest Akers in East Lansing. In its fifth straight appearance at the national meet, the Tartans placed 30th out of the 32 competing teams.

Tartans Awarded Bid to 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championships

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team received an at-large invitation to the 2022 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championships, marking the fifth straight bid for the Tartans. This year's race will be hosted at Forest Akers in Lansing, Michigan on Saturday, November 19. The team appearance marks the eighth in program history.
Tartans Place Second at Mid-Atlantic Regional

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team placed second at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship after completing the 6k course at West Branch Cross Country Course in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.
Tartans Place Sixth at UAA Championships

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team placed sixth at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 29 on the 6k course at Nash Battlefield Farm in Hampton, Georgia. The meet was won by the University of Chicago and hosted by Emory University.

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team, ranked 20th in Division III, placed 22nd overall at the Lehigh University Paul Short Invitational on Friday. The women raced against 46 teams in the brown race in a field of Division I, II and III runners.
