(OBERLIN, Ohio) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team placed seventh at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College. The 6k race featured 32 teams.

Results:

  • Senior Mona Yuan led the Cardinal and Gray after crossing with a time of 23:17.6 and placed 34th overall in a field of 282 runners.
  • Graduate student Kristen Seballos and sophomore Alyssa Hoffman both posted a time of 23:25.3 for the Tartans.
  • The fourth Tartan to score points was senior Kavya Tummalapalli who finished in 23:32.9
  • Closing the scoring for the Tartans was sophomore Lauryn McKenna with a time of 23:34.0.
