The 2022-23 season marks the 10th for Jason Mlodzianowski at Carnegie Mellon. Mlodzianowski was promoted to Associate Director of Athletics for Events, Facilities and Operations in April 2018 and serves as the sport administrator for the men's and women's golf programs.

Mlodzianowski came to Carnegie Mellon in 2013 as Event Manager and Coordinator of Athletics Facilities. After assuming oversight of all equipment room operations, Mlodzianowski was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics for Events, Facilities and Operations in July 2016. He has served as tournament director for multiple NCAA soccer events as well as the 2014 and 2016 NCAA men’s tennis regionals.

Mlodzianowski came to Carnegie Mellon after working a year at the University of Missouri as a game operations intern. Mlodzianowski served as the primary or secondary operations contact for 11 Missouri athletic teams, and was the primary coordinator of the football game day parking lots while assisting with concourse operations. He also assisted with the game-day concourse and event-level operation at the Mizzou Arena during basketball contests. Throughout his time at Missouri, Mlodzianowski served as the tournament director of the 2013 Division I NCAA Women’s Soccer Championship first-round game and was the assistant championship director of the 2013 SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Prior to his stint at Missouri, he was the Asa S. Bushnell intern at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). While at the ECAC, Mlodzianowski worked mainly with the organization and planning of Division I, II and III championships. Mlodzianowski also worked two years for Springfield College as an Athletic Contest Management Assistant as well as a year for the University of Connecticut Athletics Department as an operations intern.

Mlodzianowski is a 2007 graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), where he received his bachelor’s degree in history and was a four-year letter winner and captain his senior year for the Trailblazers’ men’s soccer team.  

Mlodzianowski is a native of Schenectady, N.Y., and earned his master’s in Athletic Administration from Springfield College in 2014. He and his wife, Stacey, live in Forrest Hills with their son Shai.
