Tartan Football Announces 2018 Incoming Class
(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University Head Football Coach Rich Lackner has announced the Tartans 2018 recruiting class. The Tartans will welcome 44 newcomers that hail from 20 different states.
Carnegie Mellon will enter its fourth season as an affiliate member for football in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). The Tartans ended its 2017 season with a trip to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Asa S. Bushnell Bowl for the third consecutive year.
The Tartans will open the 2018 season on Saturday, September 8 with a trip to Rochester, New York, to play the Yellowjackets of University of Rochester.
