Zutshi Garners Weekly PAC Football Honors

(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University sophomore placekicker Arjun Zutshi (Austin, Texas/Westlake) was honored by the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) for his play in the Tartans' 53-0 win over Thiel Saturday afternoon.

The first-year kicker turned in a career day as he scored 15 points, converting all six point-after tries and making 3-of-4 field goals. Zushi's 15 points scored kicking are the most in the PAC this season. The field goals were the first of his career and came from 33, 37 and 25 yards, respectively. Saturday was the first time since 2016 that a Carnegie Mellon player made three or more field goals in a game.

The Tartans will travel to Latrobe, Pennsylvania on Saturday, October 30 to play Saint Vincent College. Kick is set for 1:00 p.m.
