Tartans Continue Play at Golfweek DIII Fall Invite
(MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla) - The Carnegie Mellon University men's golf team continued play at the 2022 Golfweek DIII Fall Invitational in Miramar Beach, Florida, on Monday. The Tartans carded a 291 for round two and have a 36-hole score of 576 (285-291) which places them sixth in the three-day, 54-hole tournament out of 24 teams.

How it Happened:
- Sophomore Justin Chan shot a one-over par 72 on Tuesday and is currently fifth individually a field of 120 golfers with a 139 (67-72).
- Junior Brian Xu fired a 75 in round two and has a 145 (70-75).
- Three Tartans carded rounds of two-over par 73 on Monday. Graduate student Henry Scavone and freshman David Zhang both will enter play on Tuesday with a 147 (74-73).
- Freshman Andrew Wang was the third Tartan to card a 73 for the second round and has a 148 (75-73). Wang's round of 73 was the best for him this season.
