(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) - The Carnegie Mellon University men's soccer team hosted Franciscan University on Saturday afternoon and shutout the Barons, 1-0, for their sixth victory of the season. Senior Ethan Kalis (Riverwoods, Ill. / Adlai E. Stevenson) made one save in the game and came off his line to slide and prevent a shot attempt in the second half to earn his fourth win and first shutout.

Late in the 30th minute sophomore William Rabon (Grand Rapids, Mich. / International Academy) was fouled inside the box awarding a penalty kick to the Tartans.
