Kyle Collects Third UAA Men's Diver of the Week Award

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – Graduate student Jud Kyle has been honored as the University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Diver of the Week for the third time this season after achieving career marks at the Carnegie Mellon University Senior Meet on Saturday, January 21.

Kyle set two pool and school records with scores of 595.40 points on the 1-meter diving board and 654.00 points on the 3-meter diving board on Saturday at home. Both marks are career-best scores after 11 dives and mark the sixth straight meet Kyle has surpassed the NCAA Regional diving qualifying standards.

Kyle and the rest of the Carnegie Mellon divers will next hit the pool on Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28 at home for the Western Pennsylvania Invitational starting at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
