(ORLANDO, Fla.) - The 13th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University men's tennis team opened its spring trip with a 5-2 setback to NAIA Cardinal Stritch University in Orlando, Florida. The Tartans record is now 5-2 while Cardinal Strich is also 5-2.

The Tartans two points came at second and third singles. Senior Robert Levin (Virginia Beach, Va. / Princess Anne) played second singles and won 6-0, 7-5 while sophomore Sam Gibson (Chico, Calif. / Pleasant Valley) won 3-6. 6-0, 1-0 (8) at third singles

The Tartans will play Ithaca College on Sunday, March 8 at 3:00 p.m.
