Julien and Antonson Repeat as All-Academic Honorees from USTFCCCA

Graduate student Josh Antonson (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley) along with senior Marc-Daniel Julien (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) of the Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team repeat as All-Academic honorees by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This marks the seventh consecutive season that the Tartans had at least two members garner the honor while the team earned honors once again.
Tartans Finish 18th at 2015 NCAA Men's Cross Country Championships

The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team traveled to University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 21. The Tartans placed 18th out of 32 teams with 439 points, while the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire won its first-ever title.
Men’s Cross Country Heading to National Meet

The Carnegie Mellon University men’s cross country team received an at-large invitation to the 2015 NCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country Championships which will be held at the Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wisconsin, by host the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Saturday, November 21. It marks the Tartans second straight team appearance at the championships and ninth in the last 11 years.

Tartans Take Title at UAA Championships

The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team won the 2015 University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 31 at Franklin Park in Massachusetts. The meet was hosted by Brandeis University and saw the Tartans place five runners in the top 20 to win the race by 15 points. The meet victory marks the third time in school history the Tartans have won the UAA Championships.
Tartans Place Third at Inter-Regional Rumble

The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team, ranked 15th in the nation, finished the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College in third place with 117 points, as Allegheny College, ranked 17th, won the event with 88 points.
Tartans Win Fourth Straight Carnegie Mellon Cross Country Invitational; Archer Wins Second Straight Race

The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team hosted its annual invitational on Saturday, October 10 and for the fourth straight year the Tartans won the 20-team event. Leading the way for the Tartans with the top individual finish was junior Ryan Archer (Pittsburgh, Pa./Vincentian Academy) as he crossed the finish line with a time of 26:00.4 in a field of 205 runners.
Archer Wins 8K at Dickinson College Long-Short Invitational

Carnegie Mellon University junior Ryan Archer (Pittsburgh, Pa./Vincentian Academy) won the 8k race at the Dickinson College Long-Short Invitational on Saturday, September 26. The Tartans had runners compete in both the 8k and 4k races. Only individual results are available as team scores are not at this time.
Tartans Start Season at Duquesne Duals

The Carnegie Mellon University men’s cross country team had a successful opening to the new season at the Duquesne Duals Saturday, September 5 at Schenley Park with seven members of the team finishing in the top ten amongst Division III runners.
