Bio

Kendra Noneman joined the Carnegie Mellon University track and field staff at the start of the 2022-23 season after competing a year for the Tartans. Prior to her arrival at Carnegie Mellon, Noneman was a four-year student-athlete at Boise State. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in materials science and engineering in 2020 from Boise State.

Nomeman is currently pursing her PhD in Neural Computation at Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh.

As a thrower for Carnegie Mellon, Noneman has the following awards and accolades.

  • USTFCCCA All-Academic in 2022
  • All-America in the hammer throw (2nd) at NCAA Outdoor Championships in 2022
  • Outdoor All-Region in the hammer throw in 2022
  • UAA Champion in the hammer throw at the UAA Outdoor Championships in 2022
  • Set outdoor school record in the hammer throw (60.15m) in 2022
