Tartans Place Sixth at UAA Championships
(ATLANTA, Ga.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team placed sixth at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 29 on the 6k course at Nash Battlefield Farm in Hampton, Georgia. The meet was won by the University of Chicago with 36 points and hosted by Emory University.
Results
- Graduate student Kristen Seballos led the Tartans with a 23rd-place finish in 22:58.4.
- Senior Mona Yuan was 34th overall in 23:23.8 and junior Megan Baker was 41st in 23:36.8.
- Sophomore Alyssa Hoffman crossed in 23:46.7 to place 46th and junior Sophia Zalewski was 48th in 23:48.0.
