Tartan Football Announces 2014 Incoming Class

(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University Head Football Coach Rich Lackner has announced the Tartans 2014 recruiting class.  The Tartans will welcome 43 newcomers that hail from 21 different states including the District of Columbia.

"The coaching staff is very excited with the incoming freshman class," said Lackner. "These young men excelled in the classroom and on the football field.  My coaches and I look forward to working with them this fall."

The Tartans will look to get back to the postseason for the fourth time since 2006, when the team reached the second round of the NCAA Championship after finishing the season with a perfect 10-0 mark.
