Tartans Receive Bid to NCAA Championship for Second Straight Season; Set to Host

(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.) - The Carnegie Mellon University men's soccer team will host the 2013 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer First and Second Rounds on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17. The Tartans received an at-large bid to the championship following a second-place showing in the University Athletic Association with a regular season mark of 11-2-3.

The 13th-ranked Tartans will play Virginia Wesleyan College (16-4-1), the winner of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, on Saturday at a time to be determined Tuesday. No. 23 Montclair State University (15-3-2), who received an at-large bid from the New Jersey Athletic Conference, will face Misericordia University (13-5-1), who received an at-large bid from the Freedom Conference, in the second first round matchup.

The winners will then face on Sunday, November 17.
