Miller Competes in Second Event at NCAA Outdoor Championships

(GENEVA, Ohio) - Sophomore Bram Miller (Colgate, Wis. / Kettle Moraine Lutheran) of the Carnegie Mellon University men's track and field team competed in the shot put at the 2019 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio, on Friday.

Miller placed 13th in the shot put with a throw of 15.85 meters. It was the second event of the championships that the sophomore competed in, as he placed 10th in the discus throw on Thursday.

Senior Will Mitchell (Chatham, N.J. / Chatham) will compete in the finals of the 5,000-meter run Saturday at 3:25 p.m.
