Tartans Sit Four Strokes Back Heading into Final Round at Jekyll Island Collegiate, Mupparaju Tied atop the Leaderboard
(JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf competed at the second round of the 54-hole Jekyll Island Collegiate on Saturday. The Tartans fired a team score of 301 and are tied for fifth after 36-holes of play with a two-round total of 600 (299-301).

How it Happened:
- Sophomore Sriya Mupparaju continued to lead the Tartans, as she fired a two-over par 74 and will enter the final round with a 145 (71-74) and tied for first individually in a field of 120 golfers.
- Sophomore Kaylin Yeoh shot a three-over par 75 and has a 149 (74-75).
- Senior Alexis Sudjianto and Sophomore Sense Sangkagoon each carded rounds of four-over par 76 on Saturday. Sudjianto has a 36-hole score of 152 (76-76) and Sangkagoon a 156 (80-76).
- Junior Denise Pan recorded an 82 in round two and has a 160 (78-82).
