Tartans Currently Second at NCAA Preview Following Opening Round
(NICHOLASVILLE, Ky.) – The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team opened play in the first round of the 2023 NCAA Division III Preview on Sunday in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The Tartans carded a team score of 294 and are currently second.

How it Happened:
- Three Tartans carded rounds of one-over par 73 on Sunday, senior Alexis Sudjianto, junior Kaylin Yeoh and freshman Samantha Wang.
- All three are tied for fifth individually in a field of 90 golfers.
- Junior Sriya Mupparaju carded a round of three-over par 75.
- Freshman Nikita Jadhav ended play Sunday with a 79.
