Tartans Hold 11-Stroke Lead After Round One of Max and Susan Stith Invitational

(GLEN ALLEN, Va.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team opened play at the 36-hole Max and Susan Stith Invitational on Monday hosted by Randolph–Macon College. The Tartans carded a team score of 290 and are currently lead the 15-team field.

How it Happened:

• Three Tartans carded an even par 72 round on Monday.
• Graduate student Alexis Sudjianto junior Sriya Mupparaju and freshman Samantha Wang are currently tied for second individually in a field of 75 golfers after carding even par.
• Junior Kaylin Yeoh and freshman Nikita Jadhav both fired rounds of two-over par 74.
• Yeoh and Jadhav are tied for eighth individually.
