Women's Soccer to Host NCAA First and Second Rounds

(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer team will host the NCAA Division III First and Second Rounds on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11. The Tartans earned the program's first-ever bid to the championship after placing second in the University Athletic Association with an overall record of 11-1-4.

The #17 Tartans will play Cabrini College (10-6-3), the winner of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC), at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Rochester Institute of Technology (11-5-2) received the program's first-ever bid to the NCAA Championship and represent the Liberty League. The Tigers will face Ohio Northern (13-4-4) who won its first Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championship at 1:30 p.m. in the other first round matchup.

The winners will play at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 11.
