Kimberly finished her first year swimming for the Tartans as the top swimmer in the 1,650-yard freestyle and third best in the 500-yard freestyle and 1,000-yard freestyle. She swam to her top time of 17:55.13 in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the Total Performance Invitational and earned points for the Tartans at the UAA Championships in the 500-yard freestyle when she finished in 5:08.36. She also earned points in the 1,650-yard freestyle and the 400-yard IM at the UAA Championships.
