Paige achieved season best times of 1:00.71 in the 100-yard backstroke and 2:08.19 in the 200-yard backstroke at the UAA Championships, with a career-best time of 1:00.53 coming in the 100-yard butterfly at the same event. At the Clarion meet, Paige finished the 200-yard butterfly in a season-best time of 2:23.04.
2012-13
Paige Sieffert finished third on the team in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:07.69 at the UAA Championships. Also at the UAA Championships, Sieffert recorded her best times of 1:00.06 in the 100-yard backstroke and 2:14:55 in the 200-yard butterfly.
