Women's Cross Country Earns Team Academic Honor from USTFCCCA

(NEW ORLEANS, La.) – The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team earned academic honors by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA) one again.

The 2011 Tartans earned the award with a 3.36 cumulative average and has been honored since the USTFCCCA began the All-Academic program.

To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 through the 2011 fall semester.
