Eleven Earn NFCA All-America Scholar Honors

(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) – Eleven Carnegie Mellon University softball athletes were honored for their 2022-23 academic success by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). All eleven were named NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes for finishing the year with a 3.5 grade point average (GPA) or better.

Five of the eleven honorees achieved a 4.0 GPA for the spring semester while the team of 17 earned a 3.62 GPA for the year, which was the top women's team GPA in the department.
