(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – The Carnegie Mellon University volleyball team competed in the CMU Tri-Match on Saturday, November 9. They won 3-0 against both Grove City College and Oberlin College to close the regular season with a 17-10 overall mark.
Inside the Box Score Against Grove City
- The Tartans won with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, and 25-20.
- The Tartans hit .240 compared to Grove City's .044.
- Graduate student Laura Reichard led the team with 12 kills. Junior Katherine Jackson had eight kills.
- Sophomore Neha Tummala collected 42 of the Tartans' 45 assists. She also had 16 digs.
- Senior Abby Chen had three service aces.
- Chen also led defensively with 20 digs.
