Tartans Close Season with 25th-Place Finish at NCAA Championships

(TERRE HAUTE, In.) – The Carnegie Mellon women's cross country team traveled to the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology on Saturday for the NCAA Division III Championships. In the 6k race, the Tartans placed 25th overall in a field of 32 teams.

• Sophomore Ananya Devpura crossed the finish line first for the Tartans with a time of 22:27.5, placing 118th in a field of 290 runners.
• Junior Orit Shiang finished next for the Tartans in 131st place with a time of 22:31.9.
• Freshman Emma Horsley placed 154th, completing the race in 22:39.5.
• Sophomore Maya Ducker finished in 22:48.3.
• Senior Caitlin Guilfoyle completed the race in 23:03.6.
• Junior Margaret Ann Healy earned a time of 23:19.9.
