Jane Dean - Volleyball

Senior Jane Dean of the Carnegie Mellon University volleyball team helped the Tartans to a 2-0 mark over the weekend. Dean totaled 19 kills while hitting .548 with only two attack errors and recorded six block assists. The senior started play Saturday in the Tartans' 3-2 win over William Smith hitting .450 with 11 kills on 20 attacks and tabbed three block assists. Dean then followed with eight kills on 11 attacks to hit .727 in a 3-0 win over Randolph-Macon and added another three block assists.
