Brayden Morford - Men's Swimming and Diving

Brayden Morford was a double winner for the Tartans during the team's quad meet with three other top teams in Calvin University, Denison University, and Johns Hopkins University. His winning performances in the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke helped the Tartans go 2-1 at the meet. Morford's 100-yard backstroke time of 49.36 just days after returning from the winter training trip met the NCAA provisional qualifying standard and set the pool record, however, is not his best time of the season. The freshman set another pool record in the 200-yard backstroke at 1:49.28 which is a season-best time and sits him 23rd in the nation.
