Thomas Rich - Men's Track and Field

Senior Thomas Rich of the Carnegie Mellon University men's track and field team competed at the 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships over the weekend and left as an All-American in the heptathlon. Rich ended with a school record 5,114 points to place fourth, as he broke his previous school record mark of 4,991 points set earlier this season. Rich set five personal-best marks throughout the championships. They were in the 60-meter dash, shot put, pole vault, 1,000-meter run and overall points in the heptathlon.
