QAAC - Queer Athlete and Ally Collective Mission

Mission

We are deeply committed to providing events, workshops, discussions, and resources that reflect diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This is a student-athlete-led organization that is open to all varsity athletes who want to:

  • amplify their voice in support of LGBTQIA+ athletes

  • learn how to be a better ally

  • find resources to better their CMU varsity athletics experiences and queer journey

 

We want to hear what you have to say, and we want you to feel that you always have a place where you can seek support. All Carnegie Mellon varsity athletes unequivocally deserve to feel a deep sense of belonging, support, and safety inside and outside of athletics.
