(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) - The Carnegie Mellon University football team travels to Latrobe, Pennsylvania to play the Bearcats of Saint Vincent College on Saturday, October 25 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest.
The Tartans will enter the contest with a 3-3 overall record and with an identical mark in PAC play while the Bearcats are 2-4 and 2-2. Carnegie Mellon is coming off a 21-10 victory over Grove City this past Saturday in Pittsburgh while the Bearcats traveled to Kentucky and dropped a 49-7 contest to Thomas More.
Last season was the first meeting between the two since 1962, which was the last year of Bearcats football for 45 years. The all-time series is tied at 4-4-1 as the Tartans left Latrobe with a 34-7 victory a year ago. The series first started in 1953 with a 13-7 Tartan victory.
Kick is set for 1:00 p.m. on the turf of Chuck Noll Field.
