Jennette Named UAA Men’s Golfer of the Week

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – Junior Brad Jennette (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Sutherland) was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Golf Athlete of the Week following his performance in helping the Tartans win the 15-team Hershey Cup on Sunday and Monday, April 3-4.  
    
Jennette garnered individual medalist in a field of 87 golfers after carding a 36-hole score of 147 (72-75).  His opening round 72 tied a career-best round and was also the lowest round recorded at the two-day event.

The Tartans will continue their season Wednesday, April 6 when they host the annual Carnegie Mellon Invitational.  Play will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Longue Vue Country Club.
