2012-13
Josh swam the backstroke on the 200-yard medley relay team that provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:32.80 at the UAA Championships. He recorded career-best times of 23.92 in the 50-yard backstroke, 52.88 in the 100-yard backstroke and 52.66 in the 100-yard butterfly at the Total Performance Invitational hosted by Kenyon College. At the UAA Championships, he recorded a career-best time of 22.01 in the 50-yard freestyle and season-best time of 2:01.44 in the 200-yard backstroke.
2011-12
As a first-year swimmer, Josh finished first on the team in the 50-yard backstroke and second on the team in the 100-yard backstroke. Both times of 24.05 and 53.22 were achieved at the UAA Championships. Josh also recorded top times of 22.07 in the 50-yard freestyle and 1:58.56 in the 200-yard backstroke also at the UAA Championships.
