Career Best Times

2012-13

Anton closed out his sophomore season as a UAA Champion when he won the 200-yard backstroke in a career-best time of 1:50.20. He also finished third in the 100-yard backstroke at the UAA Championships with a career-best time of 51.52 as he provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in both backstroke events and the 400-yard medley relay (3:24.47). For the year, Anton also recorded a career-best time of 51.99 in the 100-yard butterfly and a season-best time of 1:55.88 in the 200-yard IM.

2011-12

As a first-year collegiate athlete, Anton earned a trip to the NCAA Championships when the 400-yard medley relay qualified for the national meet with a time of 3:24.12, which they achieved while touching second at the UAA Championships. At the NCAA Championships, the relay earned Honorable Mention All-America honors by placing 16th. Anton also competed in the 200-yard medley relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay to go with individual competitions in the 50-yard backstroke, 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke. Anton was also a UAA Champion in his first season when he touched first in the 200-yard backstroke with a season-best time of 1:51.53. He finished the year recording top times in the 50-yard backstroke (24.30) and 100-yard backstroke (51.58) at the NCAA Championships with another top time of 52.41 in the 100-yard butterfly coming at the UAA Championships.
