2013-14
Kira earned Honorable Mention All-America honors at the 2014 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships as part of the school record holding 200-yard melay relay and 400-yard medley relay. She also earned a trip to the NCAA Championships in the 100-yard backstroke as she set the school record (56.90) at the Kenyon Invitational. Kira finished first on the team in the 50-yard backstroke (27.25), 100-yard backstroke (56.90) and 200-yard backstroke (2:04.69), recording career best times in all three. She also earned All-UAA third-team honors as part of both medley relays.
2012-13
In her first season with the Tartans, Kira Singhaus set the school record in the 400-yard medley relay with the top time of 3:42.62. Singhaus became a UAA Champion when the 200-yard medley relay won with a time of 1:46.20 and earned All-UAA second-team honors in the 400-yard medley relay. Singhaus provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard medley relay. At the UAA Championships, she recorded her best times of 57.80 in the 100-yard backstroke and 2:05.69 in the 200-yard backstroke. She finished first on the team in both backstroke events. Also at the UAA Championships, Singhaus recorded her best time of 25.59 in the 50-yard freestyle.
