Stan Bikulege is a parent representative for the Tartan Athletic Club.  His oldest son, Stanley Bikulege Jr., graduated in 2018 with a degree in mechanical engineering. Stanley was a four-year starter, a senior co-captain, and finished his career as the third leading tackler in program history for the football team. Mr. Bikulege also has a son, Luke Bikulege, who is a rising sophomore on the football team and is enrolled in the Tepper School of Business.

Stan Bikulege has more than 30 years of experience in various manufacturing and service businesses and is currently the Chairman and CEO of NOVOLEX, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products. Mr. Bikulege joined the company as CEO in 2008 when it had revenues of $500 million and built it into a premier packaging company with revenues of more than $3.5 billion, 10,000 families, and 62 global manufacturing sites. Novolex is a leader in sustainable packaging in both paper and plastic products with unique product offerings that contain high levels of recycled materials. Novolex serves a global customer base supplying the largest retail, distribution and restaurant customers.

Mr. Bikulege has served on the Board of Directors of Source Refrigeration, IMDS, Interdynamics and M33. He serves on the Flexible Packaging Association Board, where he is a past Chairman. Currently he is the Chairman of Paragon, an industrial packaging company. Mr. Bikulege also served as a Trustee for St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Greenville South Carolina and as a Trustee for Coker College.

He is a graduate of Youngstown State University where he received a degree in chemical engineering and Georgia State University where he received his MBA. He is married and has three children.
