Tartans Defeat Luther College 7-2

(GREENCASTLE, Ind.) – The Carnegie Mellon University men's tennis team, ranked 17th nationally, defeated Luther College by the score of 7-2.  The Tartans win on Saturday, February 25 improves their record to 4-2 while Luther is now 6-2.

Carnegie Mellon took a 2-1 lead following doubles play.  The Tartans then won five singles matches in straight sets for the victory.  Junior Harsha Rao's (Severn, Md./Old Mill) 6-4, 6-4 victory at third singles over Nick Mozena sealed the win for the Cardinal and Gray.
