(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University women's basketball head coach Jacquie Hullah is excited to announce the hiring of Molly Reagan as the Tartans next assistant coach. Reagan joined Coach Hullah in September as a full-time assistant coach following a Division I playing career and coaching experience at the high school and elite club level.

Raegan comes to Pittsburgh for her first collegiate coaching experience after working as an assistant coach at Braintree High School in Braintree, Massachusetts, for the past two years. The Division I graduate of Liberty University also coached for three seasons with New England Exposure Basketball LLC while pursuing work in legal offices after obtaining her bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 2017.

"Molly is a high achiever who has excelled as a scholar-athlete and coach," said Hullah. "Her passion for learning and education along with her tremendous work ethic and communication skills will make an immediate impact on recruiting. Molly is a strong floor coach with expertise and knowledge of individual and team concepts.  As an added bonus, her playing experience as a Division I post player will be of great benefit to our forwards and post players."

While at Liberty, Reagan's teams played in two post-season tournaments including the 2018 NCAA Tournament after winning the Big South Championship. As a member of the women's basketball team, Reagan served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Reagan also completed her master's degree in business administration from Liberty University in 2018 and participated in Athletes in Action, taking a trip to Nairobi, Kenya, to coordinate basketball clinics for local youth teams.

"I am truly excited and thankful for the opportunity to work at Carnegie Mellon University and with the women's basketball team," said Reagan. "Carnegie Mellon is an excellent school in all regards, and I am looking forward to helping these young women grow and succeed both on and off the court."
