Five Tartans Named WGCA All-American Scholars

(CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.) – For the fourth straight season, five members of the 2022-23 Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team have been named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced by the organization. Senior Alexis Sudjianto, junior Denise Pan along with sophomores Sriya Mupparaju, Sense Sangkagoon and Kaylin Yeoh all were recognized. It also marks the sixth straight year four or more have been recognized.

This marks the third accoladed for Sudjianto and Pan, second for Mupparaju and Yeoh while Sangkagoon is honored for the first time.

A total of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers were recognized from NCAA Division I, II and III. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team is a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50.
