Tartans Open Play at Golfweek DIII Fall Invite

(MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team began play at the 2023 Golfweek DIII Fall Invitational held in Miramar Beach, Florida, on Sunday. The Tartans carded a team score of 309 and are currently tied for eighth out of 24 teams for the 54-hole event.

How it Happened:

• Junior Kaylin Yeoh led the Cardinal and Gray with a three-over par 75 and is tied for 15th individually in a field of 120 golfers.
• Freshman Nikita Jadhav ended play with a 77 on Sunday.
• Junior Sriya Mupparaju shot a 78.
• Senior Alexis Sudjianto ended play with a 79.

• The second round of the invitational will be played on Monday, October 16 with the first tee time set for 7:30 a.m. CT.
