Tartans Win Sixth Tournament of the Year Claiming the Top Spot at Max and Susan Stith Invitational
(GLEN ALLEN, Va.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team carded a 299 in the final round of the 36-hole Max and Susan Stith Invitational on Tuesday hosted by Randolph–Macon College. The Tartans ended the two-day event with a team score of 589 (290-299) to win the 15-team event.

How it Happened:
- Graduate student Alexis Sudjianto placed second individually in a field of 75 golfers with a 146 (72-74) following her final round score of two-over par 74.
- Junior Sriya Mupparaju carded a 75 on Tuesday and finished with a 147 (72-75) and in third.
- Placing tied for fourth was freshman Samantha Wang with a 148 (72-76).
- Junior Kaylin Yeoh fired back-to-back rounds of two-over par 74 for a 36-hole score of 148 (74-74), tying with Wang for fourth.
- Freshman Nikita Jadhav ended play with a 157 (74-83).
Notes:
- The team win is the sixth for the Tartans this season tying the school record for most tournament victories in a season with the 2014-15 team.
- The Tartans 36-hole score of 589 (+13) is the fifth lowest two-round in program history.
